I am a UK resident who has found a French property to buy. The price of the property is 85,000 Euros. I wish to place a down payment of 40,000 euro cash and finance the balance of 45,000 euro by a French mortgage.
Banking intermediaries I have approached have all stated that the minimum loan needs to be 100,000 euro.
Please can you help me or advise a course of action
