Hi,
I have very good credit, but just go out of a expensive separation, I'm renting, would like to buy but lack the deposit, is there a lender that offers 100% mortgages? My scenario is that I can't lean on anyone to borrow the deposit. but I have no debts no CCJ, no defaults, n late payment - faultless credit rating & conduct.

Ask the Specialist response:
Hi Alex,
Thanks for your mortgage enquiry.
Although it is unusual to obtain a 100% mortgage, it isn't out the question for us to be able to help. You may not be able to lean on anyone financially through cash savings, however, if you have a family member that is prepared to assist as a guarantee via their own property, or alternatively able to gift equity we may be able to help in this instance.
Furthermore, if you are currently renting and your existing landlord is prepared to offer their property at a genuinely discounted purchase price, we may be able to use that as a deposit source as well.
If neither of these options are available for you, we typically assist clients who have recently undergone a marital separation with as little as a 5% deposit.
If you just wish to obtain an indication on whether we are able to assist you, given your specific circumstances, I'd recommend speaking to one of our Advisers on 02077100400 or send us an enquiry online and one of our Advisers will call you back.
