We’re looking for some quotes to move our buy to let mortgage in the UK on to a fixed buy to let mortgage. We’re looking to switch to a new deal in the next month. We are British citizens, but currently live and work on New Zealand. Our mortgage is with Halifax and has 179K GBP outstanding. Our estimated valuation is 370k GBP.
