I have been discharged with my bankruptcy on 22nd april 2016. I have been given a gift from family of £50,000 as a deposit towards a house around for £100,000. Would there be any posibility on gaining a morgage or am i wasting my time at present. I am looking to borrow £50,000. Thank you

My wife and I are 63 and my Daughter is 33. We would like to sell our property with an equity of around £200k, which we would use as a deposit on a property of around £400. Are we able to get a three way joint mortgage over say 20-25 years? Thanks Reg

We have a debt management plan in place and have so for 2 years. We want to remortgage and possibly move home. We want to clear off debts, paying the debt plan with full and final settlement which is in region of 30k. Our home has been valued at 270,000 and want to buy a bigger home in region of 340,000.
