I’ve now organized two buy to let purchases through Capital Fortune and can totally recommend their services.
Anthony Yee, Sydney, Australia

We have assisted a number of clients who have are pilots and aircrew working for International Airlines. They typically are either resident in the UK, but due to the nature of their work are out of the UK more than 180 days a year or they reside overseas. Income is typically received in Euro’s, US Dollars or other currencies.

Clients often tell us they have struggled to obtain a mortgage given their status as a non UK tax payer, the fact that their income is paid in a foreign currency and they may work under contract. They tell us that most lenders want them to be UK tax payers and resident in the UK in order to consider a mortgage for them. We work with a number of lenders who are able to consider individual circumstances and are aware of the various tax exemption rules and can consider mortgages for international pilots and aircrew.
